EMDR/PEP is the primary WHO-recommended evidence-based method for working with trauma and PTSD. Belongs to the 3rd wave of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy. Applicable when working with victims of violence, childhood traumas and setups, phobias, and fears. It helps reduce anxiety from the first session. Typically, clients call EMDR a real miracle and fall in love with this method. The effect of EMDR is reinterpreting past events, getting rid of bodily symptoms, and developing new positive beliefs about oneself.

The FSAP protocol is an EMDR modality protocol for the treatment of behavioral and emotional dependencies. Allows you to work on fixation between feeling (positive experience) and undesirable behavior/person. It works very quickly, you will see visible effects after one session. FSAP aims for complete elimination of the urge for dependent behavior instead of controlling the dependency. It also allows you to quickly, in several sessions, remove emotional dependence/the urge for a partner, let go of relationships, see the partner without "rose-colored glasses." Works great with PPD.

IFS is an auxiliary method for working with dissociations and internal conflicts, which are usually present in trauma. Usually used in conjunction with EMDR, although it is an independent 3rd wave KPSP modality. The method helps the client to better understand themselves, accept and understand the different manifestations of their personality, including its protective parts, feel inner integrity and harmony. In IFS, we can work directly with the inner critic, wounded child, dependent part of the client, etc.

ImTT is the most modern method of working with trauma, which appeared in Russia only in 2023, thanks to the translation of trainings by American professor and EMDR therapist with 20 years of experience Robert Miller. ImTT is considered a gentle method of working with trauma because the client does not need to relive traumatic events and feelings anew. The method provides an instant effect (in 20 minutes) in acute experiences of pain, horror, shock, etc. It helps cope with a wide range of feelings - anxiety, guilt, shame, emptiness, destructiveness, overwhelm, numbness, loneliness, and any other feelings that the client can articulate.
