The workouts take place in messenger applications (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram). You can be anywhere, the main thing is a stable internet connection and a little space for training. Meanwhile, I broadcast from my home/gym. During the workout, we see and hear each other - I demonstrate exercises, motivate you, correct technique. I adjust the load based on your level. The duration of the training is up to 1 hour.
