I offer various types of workouts: strength training, cardio (fat burning workouts), body weight workouts, Fit Box (striking drills in boxing gloves on pads).

I train both women and men.
My main goal is to find an individual approach, workout program and nutrition plan so that you can easily achieve the desired results.
I do not work with people who want to "dry out" or "lose 10kg by summer".
I only work with those who truly want to improve their shape, well-being, and lifestyle in the long term, not just for a season. Everything without fanaticism and strict dietary restrictions.

There are 3 options for workouts:


  • At the NY 10010 gym, Manhattan
  • In Central Park or on any outdoor area with good sports flooring
  • At your home
    The price depends on the chosen location. All workouts are by appointment only.
