Our saunas are "capsules" where you will lie on a thick memory foam pillow inside a retractable dome, located in a private spa suite.
The pillow and dome emit infrared radiation, so your whole body will be heated to the depth of your soul from both sides simultaneously.
Throughout the session, your head will remain outside the capsule, comfortably breathing room temperature air.
Our cabins are different from other infrared sauna studios, which usually are "booths" where you sit in a glass chamber on a hard bench.
Unlike ours, their style does not allow your head to remain outside the infrared heat, so it can feel oppressive and claustrophobic.
