Montessori By The Sea - Kindergartens в St. Petersburg
Montessori by the Sea is a private non-profit Montessori school that serves children aged 3 to 12 in a beautiful multi-age learning environment. Our school is located just minutes away from St. Petersburg and Gulfport overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in the historic Pass-A-Grille district in St. Pete Beach, Florida.
We are located at 1603 Gulf Way on Pass-A-Grille Beach and use both the Blue Cottage building for elementary school students and the first floor of the educational wing of a public church.
Going beyond the foundation laid by Montessori by the Sea in the lower grades program, upper grade students learn to become more independent. They learn to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, acquiring leadership qualities. Students develop necessary time management skills for independent work and also learn to collaborate well with others. The curriculum for the upper elementary class moves students from concrete to conceptual thinking in math, geometry, literacy, zoology, botany, geography, history, and art.
