Montessori Children's Center.
The center is located in the picturesque Parkmerced Park in the southwest part of San Francisco, in ultra-modern facilities in a quiet area.
The Montessori program is conducted from September to June.
It is designed as a three-year program, in which all preparatory activities of the first two years culminate in a successful year in kindergarten.
We accept children into the program from 2 to 3.5 years old and strongly recommend that they stay in it for the full three-year period, including kindergarten.
Children aged 4 and older will be admitted if there are available spots. It is expected that they will spend two years in the program.
MCC offers both half-day and full-day programs.
The half-day program is available for children aged 2 to 3 years old and lasts from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
The full-day program is available for children aged 2 to 6 years old and lasts from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
MCC offers childcare before and after the regular school day.
This time is for children to play and engage in creative activities, including cooking, reading, games, gardening, and art, as well as time on the playground.
Childcare is available from 7:00 am to 8:30 am and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
