Rest Day Sauna offers a wood-fired sauna for private rentals and public visits. We are located on the shore of Hebron Lake in Monson. Our sauna is situated between the beautiful Hebron Lake on one side and Pleasant Street, where tourists go to stock up in town and relax at Shaw's Hiker Hostel, on the other. We are just a few minutes' walk from several vacation rentals, Pleasant and Center cafes, The Quarry restaurant, Monson General store, and Lakeshore House pub, so our guests can relax, recharge, and replenish in one place.
