Regarding the curriculum: one lesson usually equals one project. During this lesson, not only a specific algorithm is taught, various topics can be covered, for example, conditional operators, sensors, creating loops. Some elements from this lesson may be included in the next project, but also new material is introduced. The principle of repetition and moving from simpler to more complex formats is utilized. General development aspects are also covered. This is, of course, language development, as the child hears Russian from the teacher, sees what they are doing, speaks Russian, starts thinking in Russian, and creates in Russian. They also learn computer literacy, mathematics, and physics in practice, developing divergent (creative thinking).
Our teachers are excellent, and we can vouch for each one of them. A very strict selection process is carried out for this position, followed by extensive training, internships, passing exams, and only then are they allowed to teach. In other online schools, teachers are usually hired after a week of training through video lessons. Each of our teachers is trained personally by a senior trainer online, who prepares them and sets exams for them.
