Our sauna is heated ( up to 220°F and 60% humidity ) with a wood-burning stove. The Russian bath of Dallas also offers guests a dry Finnish sauna (heated up to 180 ° F at 10% humidity ), which provides a softer heat.
In addition, we offer a Turkish steam room ( heated up to 110°F, with 100% humidity ), using soothing moisture for even body heating.
And, finally, we offer to plunge into cold water, which at a temperature of 40-42° replaces a snow bath (or "dipping") in a frozen river, which traditionally completes the bath experience, – a very invigorating part of the cleansing process, not to be missed.
